Our Mission

My Hormone IQ was created to challenge a broken system—one where people are often told their lab results are “normal,” yet they still feel anything but. For years, women and men have walked out of doctors’ offices feeling unheard, brushed off, and handed a prescription as a catch-all solution. The standard hormone model relies on outdated tools and limited data, offering only a snapshot of a complex, ever-changing system. Hormonal health is dynamic — yet the approach to understanding it has remained static.

Ready to Understand Your Hormones?

Take our quiz to uncover your hormone story and receive personalized guidance designed by real clinicians.

We set out to change that

My Hormone IQ exists to give power back to the patient. To offer real answers—not just prescriptions. To support self-advocacy with tools, data, and direction that uncover the why behind symptoms like fatigue, anxiety, weight fluctuations, mood swings, or low libido.

Hormones influence nearly every major process in the body—metabolism, sleep, energy, reproductive health, and more. Even minor imbalances can have ripple effects throughout your entire system. Yet conventional testing captures only a moment in time, missing the bigger picture.

We do things differently

Our approach uses 24-hour hormone monitoring to provide a complete, rhythmic view of each individual’s hormone patterns. Whether you’re navigating PMS, period-related symptoms, perimenopause, menopause, andropause (male menopause), erectile dysfunction, fertility concerns, or simply trying to understand why you don’t feel your best, myhormoneIQ can help guide you through the complexities and create a personalized plan to restore hormonal balance.

This isn’t about chasing symptoms. It’s about uncovering root causes. Supporting the body’s natural rhythm. And helping people find the insights they need to restore balance and feel fully themselves again.

If you’ve been told your lab results look normal – but you don’t feel normal – you’re not the problem. The model is.

My Hormone IQ is a new path forward. One rooted in science, built for self-advocacy, and designed to make hormone health accessible, personalized, and empowering — for everyone.

The Problem We Are Solving

We know hormone health is complex. Each individual has a unique hormone story. And hormone testing is very complicated. Understanding the interaction between hundreds of different hormone imbalances and the impact they have on the body can be extremely difficult to figure out and understand. That’s where we come in. As practitioners and medical specialists ourselves, we’ve witnessed countless individuals (and doctors) struggle to properly address endocrine health both diagnostically and therapeutically.

What We Do

We help individuals, like you, monitor and optimize their hormones for life. Our system is designed to pinpoint the root cause of your hormone imbalance and provide a 360° holistic treatment plan. By combining our hormone quiz with lab testing, we can provide you with a much deeper understanding of the complexities of your hormone dysfunction. Additionally, it provides us with information that allows us to create personalized support around diet, lifestyle, targeted supplements, and when necessary, hormone replacements.

How We Do It

This one-of-a-kind platform has identified 262 possible female hormonal pattern imbalances, and 96 different male hormonal imbalances. It has also identified 14 adrenal hormone imbalances that can affect both men and women. With this many hormonal pattern imbalances to decipher, it can be very difficult for doctors and practitioners to differentiate all these patterns accurately. But my hormone IQ’s simplified algorithm takes the guessing out and brings certainty to the individual’s hormone story

From there, our system provides personalized support with diet, lifestyle, targeted supplements, and when necessary, hormone replacement.
